Mega Plantation Drive
Action TESA has distributed over 1.14 crore eucalyptus clones to farmers across Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. In 2024 alone, 55 lakh saplings were distributed, with a clear target of reaching 2 crore (20 million) saplings by 2026.

Renewable Raw Material
Eucalyptus has a short harvest cycle of approximately 10 years, making it a sustainable, renewable resource ideal for engineered wood manufacturing.

Step 01
Superior Planting Material
Action TESA operates a state-of-the-art Clonal Production Centre (CPC) at its Sitarganj facility in Uttarakhand. Equipped with six hi-tech mist chambers, the CPC produces 70 lakh high-quality eucalyptus clones annually.
Dedicated hardening and grading areas ensure only superior saplings are distributed. To ensure scale and consistency, Action TESA also collaborates with leading clonal nurseries across India.

Technology-Driven Farmer Support
Beyond sapling supply, Action TESA empowers farmers with tools, knowledge, and technology through its Kalpa-Taru App, enabling modern, data-driven plantation management.

Material Efficiency
Using advanced European engineered wood technology, low-density timber is converted into high-performance boards, maximizing raw material utilization and reducing waste.
Product Longevity
Action TESA boards offer enhanced water resistance, termite resistance, and durability, resulting in longer product life cycles and reduced resource consumption over time.
Geo-Enabled Planning
Geo-satellite imaging and geo-fencing technologies are used to monitor plantations and optimize resource planning.
Solar Power Expansion
Action TESA has installed a 4 MWp captive solar power plant and is commissioning an additional 5.4 MWp plant by March 2026, taking total solar capacity to over 9 MW, significantly reducing carbon emissions.
Zero Liquid Discharge
The Sitarganj facility operates the only ZLD plant in the SIDCUL industrial area, ensuring 100% wastewater is treated and reused, with zero discharge into the environment.
