Return Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of confirmation only.
Cancellations after 1 hour, or once processing/dispatch has begun, are not eligible for a refund.

Returns & Replacements

All products are non-returnable.
Replacements are accepted only for: damaged products received, incorrect products delivered, or verified manufacturing defects.
You must record a clear unboxing video at the time of delivery with the delivery personnel visible — claims without this evidence will not be considered.
Not eligible for replacement: shade variation, change of mind, customer preference, post-use, or post-installation claims.
Certain products may be on a strict No Return / No Refund basis — this will be communicated before purchase.

Color & Shade Disclaimer

Product images are digitally optimized to closely represent actual shades.
Minor variations due to screen settings, lighting, or display calibration are normal and not considered manufacturing defects.
We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing your final order.

Delivery Scope & Accessibility

Delivery will be made only up to the location where the vehicle can safely and legally reach.
Standard delivery is completed at the ground floor level or nearest accessible delivery point.
Movement of goods beyond this point (stairs, lifts, upper floors, etc.) may be coordinated directly with delivery personnel, subject to feasibility.
Any such arrangement is solely between the customer and delivery personnel.
Action TESA shall not be responsible for arrangements beyond the standard delivery point.

Unloading

Unloading at site is the customer's responsibility.
Any assistance from delivery personnel is subject to mutual agreement and site feasibility.
Action TESA bears no liability beyond standard delivery scope.

Shipping Charges

1–5 units	₹500 flat
6–10 units	₹500 + ₹100 per unit above 5
11+ units	₹1,000 + ₹75 per unit above 10

Processing & Delivery Timeline

Orders are processed within 7–10 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines vary by product availability, location, and serviceability — estimated timelines shown at checkout.

Verify product specifications, dimensions, and quantity.
Order a sample to confirm shade and finish.
Ensure delivery access and unloading arrangements are ready at your site.
Inspect all products thoroughly at the time of delivery.
